TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Smart Cleaning LLC ("Smart Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Services

Smart Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Specific services, scope, and pricing will be confirmed in writing (email, text, or signed estimate) before any work is performed.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by text.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows or lockouts (where our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time) may be charged the full service price.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods.
Recurring service customers may be billed automatically using a stored payment method.
Past-due balances may incur late fees and may result in suspension of service.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee does not constitute a refund policy.

5. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. You are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and fragile items. We are not liable for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed.

6. Liability

Smart Cleaning is licensed and insured.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items not properly secured.
Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service performed.

7. Communications and SMS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages related to your service as described in our Privacy Policy at www.smartcleaningkc.com/privacy-policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at (913) 600-9494.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from Smart Cleaning LLC.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Smart Cleaning LLC is not responsible for any charges, delays, or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or device.

8. Photos

We may occasionally take "before and after" photos for quality and training purposes. We will not publish any photo containing identifiable details of your home or family without your written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate recurring service at any time with reasonable notice. Outstanding balances remain due.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
